This is a very easy recipe to make. My fiance, Joe, and I are trying to find new ways to incorporate more beans, pulses, among other things into our lifestyle. Majority of the recipes that come up are soup recipes since I wasn’t really feeling like eating soup this is one of the items that I came up with. I also put together an Indian-Japanese Fusion dish which I will add later. If you attempt this recipe please let me know how it turned out.
This is a great dish that I put together last minute and needed to use up the Asparagus that we had in-house. I was a little skeptical when I combined the balsamic vinegar and feta cheese but, it turned out great. I promise I’ll get better at taking photos. Enjoy!
