The past couple of days I have been feeling very bloated and decided to come up with a smoothie recipe that incorporated an ingredient that help with inflammation. There are many ingredients out there that help with this problem but I decided to use Ginger.
I've been drinking this for the past three days and my bloat has gone down by a lot. If you aren't a super big fan of ginger you can always cut the amount so that you don't taste it as much. Picture is coming soon.
